Terms of Use
By downloading or using Dayweave, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Dayweave provides tools for tasks, calendar events, notes, reminders, and on-device organisation of text. The manual workspace is free. Free users receive a weekly Smart Organise allowance, while Dayweave Pro provides unlimited Smart Organise use.
Subscriptions and billing
- Monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions are offered through Apple's App Store.
- An introductory trial may be available to eligible first-time subscribers when shown on the purchase screen.
- The price and renewal period are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to the Apple ID after confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple before renewal. Manage or cancel them in iOS Settings under Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Deleting a Dayweave account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Your content
You retain ownership of tasks, events, notes, and other content you create. When Cloud storage is selected, you grant the limited permission needed to store and transmit that content to provide syncing and account services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Dayweave unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or abuse account, allowance, or subscription systems.
Availability and reminders
Dayweave is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect parsing, or delivery of every reminder. Do not rely on the app as the sole record for medical, emergency, legal, or other safety-critical obligations.
Account termination
You may delete your account from Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. We may suspend access when these terms are materially violated, subject to applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as Dayweave changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
