Acceptance of Terms
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of OPUS. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use OPUS on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Subscriptions and Billing
- OPUS offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and annual) through Apple's App Store.
- A 7-day free trial may be available to first-time subscribers on eligible Apple IDs.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law.
User Content
All tasks, notes, events, and other content you create in OPUS remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your content. In cloud mode, you grant us a limited licence to store and transmit your content solely to provide the service.

- Create multiple accounts to circumvent trial or subscription limitations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service or its infrastructure.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account within the app.
